"The contact with datenkrake was very professional, open, and honest from the beginning. The short consultation appointment answered all my questions and addressed everything I wanted to know. The processing after my order was perfect and could not have gone better. Thank you very much for that."

“Thank you. Perfect service for a Saturday afternoon. Within seconds, I had a contact person in the chat who was happy to help and, above all, did so perfectly. That is a level of service that I find exceptionally rare here in DE, but appreciate all the more for it.”

“The data is neatly organized/formatted and certainly a good starting point if you have an empty CRM to populate. For us and our existing system, it wasn’t helpful. Unfortunately, the datasets were no longer entirely up to date (they didn’t yet reflect market developments), and we were already ‘further ahead’ internally. However, the refund process worked wonderfully and smoothly.”

The combination of strategic expertise, technical implementation, and measurable results is impressive. The team is extremely competent, responsive, and solution-oriented. We particularly value the transparent communication.”
